    I must say i am surprised ppl like these vids i hope the information is
    helpful to all who watches this……. there is a whole lot more on the
    deadlift I’m going to share, so i am taking my time with these videos
    making sure the information is correct and stuff. Glad to be apart of
    colossus fitness.
    P.S. I forgot to mention that in this video the same concept applies to
    sumo deadlifting (i havent forgotten about the guys who sumo deadlift)
