    this is awesome and funny. should i do level 1 for 4 weeks, level 2 for 4
    weeks and level 3 for 4 weeks (=12 weeks)? and how many times in a week

    I’m going to try this! I have rheumatoid arthritis so most of the workouts
    I’ve tried has been excruciating to do and extremely harmful to my
    deteriorated joints. I’ll let ya’ know how it goes!

    I thought this was going to be supper easy and I have to be honest it
    wasnt. Yes the moves are simple but doing the reputations was hard towards
    the end. I defiantly broke a sweat and made me feel accomplished when I was
