    twitch muscle fibers….you can do amazing things with trainiing and diet,
    but GENETICS mean everything…lets be real – 80% of trainees can forget
    ever attaining this…plus throw in a mild steroid like anavar type and

    “Yeah, I’ve read it. It’s $20 and an absolute waste of money that doesn’t
    tell you anything you couldn’t learn just searching from the internet.
    He gives you one beginner routine and that’s it, and it’s as follows:
    10 Pull ups
    10 Push ups
    10 Leg Raises
    30 body Squats
    30 second static pull up hold
    10 dips
    Done in rotation style, repeat 4 times.
    Everything else is intro to what calisthenics is and some short passages on
    motivation and whatnot.
    Don’t buy it, ever.”
