Full Body Workouts are not often associated with serious muscle gains but that could not be further from the truth and in today’s Workout Wednesday I’ll share with you Full Body Workout #1! This is one of three full body workouts for building muscle mass.

A lot of you guys have been asking me to upload my personal workouts, and wondering what I did to make my comeback after being off for 4 months and looking soft, skinny and weak!

These full body workouts are PERFECT for skinny guys who are just getting started or for guys who are just returning from an injury or layoff. They are also ideal if you’re over 40 or respond better to really low volume.

Exercise #1 – Tempo 61X0 | 2 Minute Rest

- Deadlifts: 2 sets of 5-7 reps

Exercise #2 – Tempo 30X0 | 90 Sec Rest

@4:56 – Incline Dumbbell Press: 2 sets of 15-18 reps

Exercise #3 – Tempo 30X0 | 90 Sec Rest

@5:19 – Supported Bent Over Row: 2 sets of 15-18 reps

Exercise #4 – Tempo 2011 | 90 Sec Rest

@5:38 – Heels Elevated Squats: 2 sets of 20-25 reps

Exercise #5 – Tempo 4040 | 90 Sec Rest

@6:11 – Dumbbell Rows w/ Elbows Out: 2 sets of 20-25 reps

    How do you know the amount of weight per excersize? You said to be careful
    about not trying to do to much, but is it possible to due to little? I’m
    145lb and I bench 3 sets of 170. Do you usually discover this through trial

    Typical bro split-
    *Chest day – flat bb bench, incline bb bench, decline bb bench, flat db
    bench, incline db bench, decline db bench, flat db fly, incline db fly,
    decline db fly, machine fly, cable-cross-overs.
    *Back day – overhand lat pulldown, underhand lat pulldown.
    *Leg day – leg press, leg extension, leg curl, calf raise
    *Arm day – bb curl, preacher curl, concentration curl, cable curl, machine
    curl, hammer curl, reverse curl, drag curl, tricep extension
    *Shoulder day – seated behind the neck smith machine shoulder press, front
    raise, side raise.
    *Leg raises every day.

    starting only 2nd motnh of hitting the gym about 4-5 days a week to lose

    there was no reason vince couldnt continue training legs while his elbow
    was injured, couuld of done leg press, calve raises, ham curls etc, he
    didnt though

    I’m 19 and when I was 18 I switched from working individual body parts to a
    Westside Barbell style Upper body day and than a lower body day I got huge!
    Still gaining size, thinking about trying some full body work, great video!
