    Just a quick question. When doing lower body exercises (ex. squats and
    deadlifts) my upper body is not strong enough to hold the weights that
    challenge me when doing these exercises. Because my upper body begins to
    tire I start to lose my form. I feel as if I’m not working my lower body
    hard enough because of this. Any suggestions? Thanks for all you do!!!

    Great workout as usual guys, but as with a lot of the other newer
    style/newer studio based (?) videos, the sound quality is a bit poor: Quite
    echo-ey and a lot lower than most of your older videos. Anything you can
    do to crank up the mics/sound would be much appreciated – or you could go
    back to voice-overs? They were great :) Thanks and keep up the amazing
    work!
