    Nice work out, Sean. Quick question: Any tips for working up to those
    chair roll-ups? Didn’t have too much trouble with the other moves, but I
    always fall on my ass trying to get up with those.

    have been working out consistently for almost six-months now and have gone
    from 165 lbs to 180 in that time. A lot of that is because your video’s
    have kept me motivated and energized. I am stronger and more athletic than
